• Build a Codebloom standup bot in Rust
  • Bot should use staging credentials for Discord & Redis
  • Send message every Monday and Wednesday at 12pm (roughly, 15 minute interval checks is fine)
• Should be inside of newinternal/ dir
• Wire up Coolify to deploy internal/ pkgs
