AC:

• Some backend tests from PlaywrightClientTest are failing
  • This might be because we don’t have a frontend client when running the backend tests
    • It might be ideal to turn this behavior on and collect/output logs from the frontend here too (kinda like how we run the backend in the frontend tests and output logs)
